Enterprise SEO Manager

About the role

StudioHawk, a multi-award-winning SEO agency specialising in SEO and AI Search, is hiring an Enterprise SEO Manager in Melbourne. You will oversee and deliver high-performing SEO campaigns for its larger, more complex accounts, often big-name brands and high-value retainers, with flexibility and ownership over how you structure your accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of enterprise clients: onboarding, strategy, execution and reporting.
• Lead large enterprise accounts (typically $8K-$20K+ retainers) and deliver measurable results and strong client satisfaction.
• Align long-term SEO goals with broader business objectives to drive retention and growth.
• Monitor retention risk and escalate concerns, including supporting at-risk A+/A tier accounts.
• Support high-stakes proposals, pitches, tenders and RFPs, and find opportunities to expand retainers and one-off projects.
• Share insights on SEO trends, run internal learning sessions and optionally represent StudioHawk externally at events and panels.
• Contribute to improving the enterprise delivery model, templates, frameworks and SEO product.

Required profile

• Located in Melbourne, Australia.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, leading complex campaigns with commercial impact.
• Advanced SEO capability (enterprise technical SEO, large-scale content strategy, international SEO and/or complex migrations).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SEMrush/Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, GTM, Screaming Frog and Looker Studio.
• Strong platform knowledge across WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento.
• Proven experience using AI to optimise SEO processes and strategies.
• Strong communication skills in email, phone and meetings.
