Enterprise Sales Director – Retail & Digital Commerce

About the role

The Enterprise Sales Director will lead new‑business growth for a global digital transformation consultancy, focusing on retail and consumer brands. You will sell a portfolio of services that includes digital commerce, omnichannel solutions, customer experience, and data analytics. The role requires building senior relationships, shaping strategic account plans, and closing high‑value consulting engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy targeting enterprise retail and consumer organisations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive business development.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles from initial engagement to proposal, negotiation and contract closure.
• Partner with internal solution, delivery and leadership teams to design customer‑centric outcomes.
• Collaborate with technology and platform partners to identify and pursue joint opportunities.
• Stay current on retail trends, commerce technologies, CX strategies and digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling complex consulting, technology or professional services to enterprise retail and consumer clients.
• Experience in digital commerce, systems integration, customer experience, data analytics, cloud services or SaaS platforms.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to build executive‑level relationships.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
