- Build project plans covering milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies and responsibilities
- Coordinate pilots, staged rollouts and group-wide deployments across dealerships, brands and locations
- Act as primary project contact alongside the CSM for dealer group executives, head office stakeholders, dealership management and third-party providers
- Set communication cadences, run progress reviews and status updates
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technical Support, Integrations and CX teams on integrations, AI configuration, testing and training
- Track location-level readiness, training completion and go-live milestones
- Identify risks early, escalate where needed and maintain project documentation, action registers and implementation trackers
- Build repeatable templates and processes to scale the enterprise onboarding framework
Required profile
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management, implementation management or enterprise customer onboarding
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, locations or business units
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with senior customer stakeholders and internal leadership
- Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks and competing priorities
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority
Required skills
- Project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet or similar
- Nice to have: automotive industry experience, SaaS implementation experience, CRM and integration familiarity, phased rollout experience, and PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications
What we offer
- High-profile implementations for Australia's largest dealer groups and OEMs
- Health and wellbeing benefit of $650 per month
- 4 weeks of annual leave
- Office in Melbourne CBD with snacks, drinks and catered lunch the last week of each month
