Enterprise Account Executive – APAC (Sydney)

About the role

Patch is building the platform that connects Fortune‑500 sustainability commitments to climate projects and commodities. As the first Enterprise Account Executive for APAC, you will own the revenue target while creating the market for environmental finance solutions across the region, with a focus on Japan.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and own a qualified enterprise pipeline across APAC through disciplined prospecting, networking, referrals and strategic outreach.
• Lead multi‑threaded, consensus‑driven deals with large enterprises and Japanese trading houses, coordinating sustainability, finance, procurement, trading and legal stakeholders.
• Provide trusted advisory on voluntary and compliance carbon markets, shaping Patch’s product and supply strategy for the region.
• Represent Patch at regional events and feed market insights back to the company to inform localization and product priorities.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a consistent record of 100%+ quota attainment.
• Proven ability to close complex, multi‑stakeholder deals in APAC, especially with Japanese sōgō shōsha.
• Domain knowledge of carbon markets (voluntary or compliance) and corporate climate claims.
• Experience building new market opportunities from scratch rather than relying on inbound pipelines.
