Enrolled & Registered Nurses - Sunshine Coast

About the role

Estia Health is looking for resident-focused Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses to join its teams on the Sunshine Coast, where it operates seven homes across different locations. The role centres on providing clinical care and supporting the wellbeing of residents and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care

Required profile

• Previously worked in an aged care home
• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 12 months of nursing experience
• Ability to build rapport with residents, their families and visitors

Required skills

• Solid clinical documentation skills
• Computer skills
