Enrolled Nurse - Night Duty

About the role

Estia Health is recruiting an Enrolled Nurse for night duty at its aged care home in Twin Waters. The role centres on providing clinical care to residents and supporting a holistic, team-based approach to resident care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care

Required profile

• Previous experience working in an aged care home
• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration
• Ability to build rapport with residents, their families and visitors
• Availability to work permanent night duty shifts
• At least one year of experience as an Enrolled Nurse; Grad ENs are not accepted for this night duty role
