Enrolled Nurse – Permanent/Part‑time at Campbelltown Hospital

About the role

This position offers an Enrolled Nurse the opportunity to provide safe, compassionate, person‑centred care within the Gastroenterology and Colorectal Surgery units at Campbelltown Hospital. You will work alongside Registered Nurses and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, culturally responsive nursing care to patients and families.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Apply the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice while contributing to continuous quality improvement.
• Participate in risk management, WHS principles and clinical governance activities.
• Support patients through empathetic communication and culturally appropriate interactions.

Required profile

• Current authority to practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated experience in a relevant clinical specialty, preferably gastroenterology or colorectal surgery.
• Strong communication skills with patients, carers and multidisciplinary team members.
• Commitment to safe, compassionate practice and continuous professional development.
• Critical thinking, accountability and a focus on quality and safety.
