About the role
HammondCare is seeking compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join its residential aged care team in Caulfield. You will provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents, supporting their health, wellbeing and dignity in a safe, welcoming environment.
Required profile
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPR
- Medicines administration education (essential)
- Commitment to HammondCare’s Christian Mission and Mission in Action
- Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting (desirable)
- Strong clinical skills and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient‑focused approach
