Enrolled Nurse - Anaesthetics & PACU

About the role

St Vincent's Health Australia is recruiting an Enrolled Nurse (or Registered Nurse) for its new Anaesthetics and PACU team at the St. Vincent's Private Fitzroy campus, part of a redevelopment of the operating suite. The role sits in a brand-new, purpose-built department within a multi-disciplinary team covering a range of surgical specialties, providing holistic patient care from surgery through recovery. It is full-time or part-time (30 hours per week) on a rotating roster seven days a week.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRAB)
• Bachelor of Nursing (RN) or Medication Endorsed (EN)
• Previous experience in anaesthetics and PACU
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team and to manage time and prioritise workloads in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to commit to regular on-call and night duty
• Criminal record and child protection checks will be part of the selection process
