About the role
St John Paul College in Coffs Harbour is seeking a full‑time English teacher to deliver HSC Advanced English and, where possible, Extension 1 or 2. The position commences on 28 January 2027 and is a permanent role within a Catholic school community that values faith, academic excellence and student wellbeing. The college is committed to creating a Child Safe environment, follows the Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead policy, and operates as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required profile
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check and full accreditation with the NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA).
- Commitment to the Catholic ethos and mission of the college.
- Evidence of qualifications in English teaching and ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents and the wider school community.
- Willingness to support and participate in the religious dimension of the college.
