Engineering Roles – All Levels – Sydney Relocation

About the role

Richard Crookes Constructions is expanding its Sydney project teams and is looking for building construction engineers at all experience levels. These on‑site positions involve hands‑on delivery of complex health, education and commercial building projects across the state.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of building construction projects from early works through to completion.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate on‑site works.
• Assist with program management, quality assurance and cost control activities.
• Handle RFIs, variations, progress claims and regular reporting.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors and the broader delivery team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building construction projects.
• Degree‑qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Background in Site Engineer, Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer roles.
• Comfortable working on live construction sites in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Sydney for long‑term opportunities.
