About the role

Mercy Health is hiring an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse for its aged care facility in Shepparton (Mercy Place, Ave Maria). As an endorsed nurse, you will help create positive moments and better health outcomes for residents every day. The position is casual, with a stated salary of $36.21 to $41.58.

Key responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care to elderly residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Monitor and report on residents' health and well-being.
Support residents with daily living activities.

Required profile

Current EN registration with AHPRA.
Experience in aged care is preferred but not required.
Resilient, compassionate and committed to patient-centred care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
Ready to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining, a valid police check or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccinations consistent with public health orders.
