About the role

Join APM’s Inclusive Employment Australia Program as an Employment Consultant at our Greenway site. You will help people with disability secure sustainable jobs that transform their lives, acting as a bridge between participants and inclusive employers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist participants with disability in preparing for, finding, and maintaining employment.
• Identify each participant’s strengths and match them with suitable job opportunities.
• Develop creative solutions to overcome employment barriers and ensure workplace adjustments.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices with partner organisations.
• Build and maintain relationships with companies committed to diversity and inclusion.
