About the role
Join APM Group’s Inclusive Employment Australia Program as an Employment Consultant at the Blair Athol site. You will help people with disabilities secure and sustain meaningful work, driving real change in their lives.
Key responsibilities
- Support participants with disabilities to prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment.
- Boost participants’ confidence by highlighting strengths and helping them overcome barriers.
- Develop creative solutions to employment challenges and advocate for inclusive hiring practices.
- Build and maintain partnerships with employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
