About the role
Join APM Group’s Inclusive Employment Australia Program as an Employment Consultant at the Flemington site. You will help people with disability, injury or long‑term unemployment become job‑ready and secure meaningful work.
Key responsibilities
- Support participants to develop resumes, interview skills and job‑search strategies while linking them to training and upskilling opportunities.
- Actively market candidates to local employers, generate new job opportunities through cold calls, visits and face‑to‑face engagement.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of employer relationships, negotiate job trials, work‑experience placements and wage subsidies.
- Track participant progress, manage compliance documentation and achieve KPI targets for placements and engagement.
Required profile
- Strong communicator with experience in sales, business development, recruitment or customer‑facing roles.
- Passionate about helping people overcome barriers, resilient, target‑driven and able to manage multiple priorities.
