About the role

Join APM Group’s Inclusive Employment Australia Program as an Employment Consultant, helping people with disability secure meaningful, sustainable work. You will act as a bridge between participants and inclusive employers, fostering confidence and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Assist participants with disability to prepare for, find, and maintain suitable employment.
• Provide creative solutions to overcome employment barriers and advocate for workplace adjustments.
• Build and nurture partnerships with companies committed to diversity and inclusion.
• Celebrate successful placements and support participants in their ongoing career development.
