Employment Coach – Health & Wellbeing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Coach to join a leading employment services provider in Queensland. The role focuses on supporting jobseekers who face health and wellbeing barriers, helping them secure sustainable employment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants, delivering personalised employment support.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to create job opportunities.
• Provide tailored coaching that addresses health, wellbeing and workplace readiness.
• Track progress and report outcomes in line with Workforce Australia and JobActive requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure holistic support for participants.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Australian employment services (Workforce Australia, JobActive, etc.).
• Demonstrated track record of achieving employment outcomes.
• Strong commitment to helping people overcome health‑related employment barriers.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Australian employment services frameworks.
• Ability to build employer partnerships.
• Effective case management and reporting skills.

What we offer

• Base salary $75,000 plus bonus (OTE up to $89,000).
