Electrical Lift Installer

About the role

KONE, an innovation leader in the elevator and escalator industry, is hiring experienced Electrical Lift Installers for its New Building Solutions team in Sydney. The role covers both volume and major projects, and applicants come from either smaller projects or large-scale developments. Only Australian or New Zealand citizens or permanent residents are eligible.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the installation environment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Install elevator equipment in accordance with approved methods, schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities and logistics with customers and project stakeholders.
• Report installation progress and project updates to the Installation Supervisor.
• Ensure all activities comply with KONE policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Maintain a strong focus on workmanship, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least 2 years' experience in the lift industry, across small or large projects.
• An Electrical Licence in NSW, or one that can be transferred.
• Experience working on construction, infrastructure or major project environments.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and respond to on-site challenges.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

What we offer

• Average minimum base earnings of $140,000-$160,000 gross per year before tax, with overtime opportunities.
