Education Sales Consultant

About the role

Scentia is recruiting a Future Skills Senior Training Advisor (Education Sales Consultant) for its Sydney team. You will support prospective students and corporate clients in finding learning and development solutions from AIM's education portfolio. It is a consultative, relationship-driven role that covers the full sales journey, from first conversation to enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage warm and cold leads through inbound and outbound calls in a structured, high-performance sales environment
• Build trusted relationships with prospective students and clients
• Advise on career pathways and recommend suitable courses and qualifications
• Own the sales pipeline end to end, driving conversion, participation and revenue growth
• Meet individual and team sales targets while delivering an excellent student experience
• Represent AIM and its learning solutions as a brand ambassador
• Work with Marketing, Learning & Development, Customer Success and the wider Scentia Group
• Keep up to date with new programs, industry trends and compliance requirements

Required profile

• 2+ years' experience in outbound telesales or high-volume sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to adapt style to different audiences
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Education or L&D sector experience desirable but not essential

Required skills

• CRM experience (Salesforce highly regarded)
