Education Consultant

About the role

Realus Education, described as Australia's leading human x AI hybrid education group, is looking for Education Consultants who guide families and support students across the whole student journey. The consultant is the first point of contact, relationship builder and trusted advisor, working from the initial parent consultation through AI diagnostic reporting, class placement, progress communication, renewal and referral.

Key responsibilities

• Parent consultation and AI diagnostic
• Trial lesson and enrolment
• Learning progress and parent communication
• Renewal, upsell and referral
• Operational and campus support

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills; English and Mandarin preferred
• Warm, patient, reliable and highly organised
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Passion for education and family support
• Able to work on weekends
• Experience in education, customer service or consulting preferred
• Must hold (or be able to obtain) an Employee Working With Children Check
