About the role

We are seeking an experienced Editorial Associate to join our AI training team. In this remote, contract position you will work directly with AI chatbots, assigning writing and editing tasks and measuring their performance.

Key responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with writing and editing assignments and review their outputs.
Evaluate the correctness, logic, and overall quality of AI‑generated content.
Identify gaps in model performance and suggest improvements.
Track progress across multiple AI projects and report findings.

Required profile

Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is preferred.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
