Economics and Business Teacher (Stage 6)

About the role

Pymble Ladies' College, a Uniting Church school for girls from Kindergarten to Year 12 with boarding from Year 7, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic teacher for its Geography, Business Studies and Economics (GBE) department. This is a permanent, full-time position starting at the beginning of Term 1 2027; experience teaching Stage 6 Economics is highly regarded given growth in the Economics cohort.

Required profile

• Current NESA accreditation and an excellent understanding of the NESA syllabus
• Ability to teach Economics, Commerce and Business Studies
• Experience teaching Stage 6 Economics preferred
• Willingness and confidence to deliver courses across Years 7 to 12 (Stages 4, 5 and 6)
• Commitment to improving educational outcomes and supporting student wellbeing
• Confidence in differentiating the curriculum and applying technology to enhance learning
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional learning and research
