Ecommerce Specialist – Digital Growth & Performance Media

About the role

Join Tiffany & Co.'s Omnichannel team in Sydney to drive digital growth and enhance online customer experiences across Australia and New Zealand. You will manage paid media, affiliate programs, and site content while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Paid Search and Paid Social budgets to maximize visibility and ROAS.
• Develop affiliate and referral marketing strategies to attract new customers.
• Review performance of traffic‑driving channels with Google, communications, and agency teams.
• Optimize website content, visual merchandising, and product grids for discoverability and conversion.
• Create and execute local EDM campaigns, audience targeting, and A/B tests.
• Coordinate site content updates, localization QA, and global author briefings.
• Contribute to the omnichannel roadmap, mobile redesign, and feature evolution on Tiffany.com.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in performance digital media.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads, affiliate platforms and paid social.
• Understanding of omni‑channel customer management across web and store.
• Experience supporting e‑merchandising activities and product grid maintenance.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Jira, Asana or Trello.
• Familiarity with content‑management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
