Ecommerce Manager – Shopify & Marketplace

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Ecommerce Manager to own and grow the online sales channels of a fast‑growing Australian sports nutrition and supplements brand. You will work directly in the Shopify backend, manage Amazon marketplace listings, and drive subscription revenue through Recharge while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver timely, on‑brand launches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end operation of the direct‑to‑consumer Shopify store, including product listings, merchandising, promotions and subscription setups.
• Oversee Amazon marketplace accounts, ensuring accurate listings, pricing and inventory.
• Configure and expand Shopify Markets as new regions are launched.
• Partner with developers, SEO and CRO agencies to run tests, analyse data and continuously improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with marketing, creative and customer service teams to align product launches with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proactive, data‑driven mindset with a strong desire to make a measurable impact.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, agile environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• Entrepreneurial instinct – you identify needs and act without waiting for direction.
• Experience in FMCG, retail or consumer brands is a plus but not mandatory.
