About the role

Haileybury Rendall School is seeking a passionate Early Learning Centre (ELC) Educator to join its dedicated team. This full‑time position starts in September 2026 and involves nurturing young learners through purposeful and engaging activities while upholding the school’s commitment to safety and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate, engaging learning experiences for early learners.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment in line with Safe Child Care Procedures.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to support the school’s mission and curriculum.
• Monitor and document children’s progress and wellbeing.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and school initiatives.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic professional with a proven record of best practice in early childhood education.
• Sound knowledge of Safe Child Care Procedures.
• Level 3 or 4 experience and relevant qualifications in early childhood education.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and child‑safe environment.
