IELTS Test Invigilator – Darwin

About the role

The IELTS Invigilator in Darwin supports the Test Centre by delivering an outstanding experience to candidates before, during and after their exam. Working closely with the Test Centre team, the role ensures all test‑day operations comply with IELTS standards and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates throughout their journey.
• Manage test‑day activities, including candidate registration and supervision.
• Prepare and organise test‑day documents and update the Speaking test schedule.
• Handle secure and confidential materials in accordance with security protocols.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on hardware and software platforms.
• Ensure all pre‑test, test‑day and post‑test processes meet IELTS quality and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate digital records while safeguarding data confidentiality.
• Respond to incidents or potential security risks promptly.
• Complete required training and policy acknowledgements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and quality focus.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and execute multiple tasks.
