About the role

Goodstart Manunda is seeking enthusiastic Early Childhood Teachers to join a vibrant, culturally diverse centre serving 68 children. You will inspire a love of learning, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to high‑quality early learning programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, child‑centred curriculum aligned with ACECQA standards.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment where each child feels a sense of belonging.
• Collaborate with centre leadership to develop, review, and implement learning programs.
• Mentor and inspire fellow educators within the room.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and communicate regularly with families.

Required profile

• Relevant early childhood qualification (e.g., ACECQA‑approved Bachelor degree or Diploma).
• Passion for early learning and ability to connect with children and families.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Experience working in a multicultural team is an advantage.
