Join one of the largest not‑for‑profit early childhood education providers on the Northern Beaches. This permanent, part‑time position (16 hours per week) offers the chance to design and deliver high‑quality learning experiences for young children in a supportive community environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and implement programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery across centres.
• Create stimulating, safe environments that promote children’s holistic development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators and the wider community.
