About the role

Harmony Early Education in Bangalow is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead a studio, deliver play‑based, inquiry‑driven learning and support children’s wellbeing, development and school readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, document and assess learning experiences aligned with EYLF v2.0 and QKLG.
• Build respectful relationships with children, families and the community.
• Create engaging, inquiry‑rich environments that foster creativity and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with the Educational Leader and fellow educators to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA‑approved equivalent.
• Current National Child Safety Training certificates.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0, QKLG and contemporary pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Intentional, play‑based teaching and inquiry methods.
• Understanding of child development and assessment practices.
