Key responsibilities

• Deliver programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Reggio Emilia principles.
• Support children’s emotional and social development, fostering a sense of belonging.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with families to share progress and insights.
• Participate in continuous professional learning and reflective practice.

Required profile

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care recognised by ACECQA.
• Relevant experience in early childhood education.
• Understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Commitment to a reflective and inclusive teaching style.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification.
• Willingness to complete the federally mandated National Child Safety Training if not already held.

Required skills

• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS standards.
• Ability to implement Reggio Emilia‑inspired curricula.
• Strong communication skills for family engagement.
