Early Childhood Centre Director

About the role

Harmony Early Education Broadbeach is seeking a Centre Director who will lead the service with purpose, warmth, courage and vision. The role combines operational responsibility with shaping culture, quality and child‑centred experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture a high‑performing, committed team and strengthen relationships with children, families and the community.
• Ensure safe, high‑quality environments, lead curriculum excellence and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage occupancy growth, financial stewardship and compliance with the National Quality Framework.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading an early learning service and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent) and current National Child Safety Training certificate.
• Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS and quality improvement practices.
• Commitment to child safety, cultural safety and inclusive environments.

• Communication, organisation and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience with performance, compliance and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
