Duty Technician-Handy Person

About the role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Duty Technician-Handy Person will join the dynamic team at Pullman & Mercure King George Square. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience who can tackle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Respond to dynamic service requests and carry out preventative maintenance duties.
• Paint guest areas to maintain a 5‑star appearance.
• Liaise with the operations team and collaborate with colleagues.

Required profile

• Experience working in a similar environment.
• Physically fit and able to work safely at all times.
• Exceptional time‑management and attention to detail.
• Friendly personality with a high standard of personal presentation.

Required skills

• General repair and maintenance abilities.
• Basic painting skills.
