DTC Operations Coordinator – Retail Store Operations

About the role

We are seeking a DTC Operations Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day rhythm of our stores across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the DTC Operations Manager, you will ensure store teams have the information, tools and support needed to deliver an exceptional Levi’s experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary support contact for store teams, resolving queries and escalating issues.
• Maintain clear, timely communication across Yoobic, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Coordinate meeting notes, actions and follow‑ups to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Support daily store operations including promotions, stocktake planning, consumables, vendor coordination and purchase orders.
• Maintain trackers, registers and reporting to provide visibility for decision‑making.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to roll out retail initiatives, compliance processes and store support activities.

• Strong attention to detail and a positive team mindset.
• Clear communicator who follows through and knows when to ask questions or escalate.
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 and an interest in retail operations and the fan experience.
