Document Controller

About the role

Built, a privately owned construction company operating across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, is hiring an experienced Document Controller for a site-based role in Perth. You will own project document control processes and systems, keeping information accurate, well distributed and maintained to project requirements, and support project governance, compliance and delivery alongside project leadership, consultants, subcontractors and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Aconex and project document control systems
• Administer drawings, specifications, RFIs, revisions and document registers
• Coordinate consultant and subcontractor submissions and workflows
• Support QA, HSE and compliance documentation requirements
• Maintain accurate project records through to project close-out and handover

Required profile

• Proven document control experience in commercial construction or a related project environment
• Ability to manage competing priorities while keeping accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and confidence with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborative, accountable approach and commitment to quality outcomes
• Full project lifecycle experience and project administration exposure are highly regarded

• Strong working knowledge of Aconex and document management systems
