Document Controller

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Document Controller to join the Alkimos Seawater Alliance project in Perth. You will be responsible for managing all project documentation and records, ensuring they are accurate, up‑to‑date, and readily accessible throughout the lifecycle of the desalination plant construction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, track and control project documentation such as drawings, specifications, reports and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate version control and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
• Establish and follow approved document control processes, templates and workflows.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project delivery team.
• Ensure compliance with project management systems and governance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in document control or records management, preferably within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain rigorous version‑control standards.
• Familiarity with document management procedures and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality documentation that supports safe and efficient construction activities.
