About the role

Join Ventia's Operations Centre in Parramatta as a Dispatch Operator, where you will coordinate the allocation of work orders and ensure resources are deployed efficiently across multiple contracts. This position is central to maintaining smooth operations and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch work orders and allocate high‑priority jobs within required timeframes.
• Manage multiple contracts, balancing competing priorities and tasks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site supervisors to resolve scheduling and access issues.
• Action and resolve tickets, including overdue work orders, reallocations, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate system records and achieve key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with confidence in handling challenging conversations.
• Ability to multitask across systems while managing competing priorities.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs, maintaining attendance, and delivering consistent performance.
