Dispatch Coordinator

About the role

Rhi is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join its fast‑paced dispatch team. Based at the Kwinana hub south of Perth, you will support bulk and packed lubricant deliveries across Western Australia and the wider Australian market.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales teams, warehouses and transport providers to meet urgent and critical customer requirements.
• Manage bulk scheduling to optimise carrier utilisation and achieve cost‑effective transport outcomes.
• Arrange and monitor stock returns, non‑delivered product, redirects and notices of return to meet service level agreements.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts, ensuring rapid issue resolution and high service quality.
• Maintain accurate administration, complete required paperwork and adhere to HSSE, quality and environmental policies.
• Report HSSE, security, environmental or quality incidents in line with business procedures.
• Support ad‑hoc dispatch, fulfilment and customer service tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, dispatch, warehousing or a related coordination role.
• Strong experience in warehousing and dispatch operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using JD Edwards ERP or similar operational systems.
