Director, Strategic Partnerships and Commercialisation, Neurovascular (KISA)

About the role

The Director, Strategic Partnerships and Commercialisation leads the customer, market and technology adoption agenda across Korea, India, SSP and ASEAN (KISA). The role covers regional customer excellence, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, Voice of Customer (VOC) and commercialisation initiatives that support adoption of priority technologies and sustainable growth. It is a Director-level individual contributor position operating through influence and strategic leadership, with about 60% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the KISA customer excellence strategy, including customer engagement programs, advocacy initiatives and VOC capabilities.
• Develop and govern regional KOL, Centre of Excellence and customer advocacy networks aligned to growth priorities.
• Drive commercialisation and technology adoption strategies that improve launch readiness, adoption and utilization of priority technologies.
• Translate customer insights and market intelligence into recommendations that influence business priorities and market development.
• Establish regional frameworks, engagement platforms and best practices for customer engagement and adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians, healthcare leaders, KOLs and strategic customers across the region.
• Partner with Country Leadership, APAC Marketing, Business Excellence and regional stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate growth.

Required profile

• Experience in customer engagement, market development, commercialisation, strategic partnerships or technology adoption within healthcare or medical technology environments.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
• Ability to turn customer insights into business outcomes.
