Director Sales APAC

About the role

The Director, APAC Sales will lead revenue growth and market expansion across the Asia‑Pacific region for i2, a Harris Computer company. This full‑time, permanent role is remote with frequent travel, primarily in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Build, lead and mentor a high‑performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing coaching.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive APAC sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Own revenue targets, monitor sales metrics and take corrective actions to achieve goals.
• Maintain direct ownership of strategic customer, partner and government relationships.
• Manage sales operations including budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading software sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong background selling enterprise software to government, defense, intelligence or law‑enforcement organisations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the APAC region.

Required skills

• Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans in complex enterprise software environments.
• Ability to analyse sales performance data and drive business decisions.
• Demonstrated capability to build and manage customer, partner and distributor relationships across diverse markets.
