Director of Marketing, ANZ

About the role

Netflix is seeking a senior marketing leader for the ANZ region to drive brand and content awareness across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the VP of APAC Marketing, the Director will lead a local team and collaborate with regional and global partners.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the ANZ marketing strategy to maximise business impact, leveraging market insights, content programming and brand positioning.
• Lead title marketing campaigns for local and imported shows and films that resonate with Australian and New Zealand audiences.
• Partner with the local Partnerships team to define and deliver commercial and brand collaborations.
• Align marketing initiatives with cross‑functional leaders in content, communications, global affairs, advertising sales and business development.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in integrated marketing, with a track record of building inclusive, high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical ability to use data for cost‑effective campaign optimisation and ROI maximisation.
• Excellent collaboration skills, capable of influencing across complex, cross‑functional and global structures.
• Creative, innovative mindset with a focus on operational excellence and AI‑enabled marketing.
