Director of Faith & Mission

About the role

Caroline Chisholm Catholic College is seeking a passionate, faith‑filled leader to oversee the spiritual life of the school. Reporting to the Deputy Principal – Mission, the Director of Faith & Mission will shape and nurture the Catholic identity of the college community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide vision and direction for faith formation across the college.
• Lead liturgical celebrations, retreats, reflection days and other spiritual events.
• Develop and manage social‑justice programmes and community‑engagement initiatives.
• Support student leadership opportunities that reflect Gospel values of faith, justice and service.
• Collaborate with staff, parish partners and the wider community to create meaningful spiritual experiences.

Required profile

• Demonstrated commitment to Catholic values and a passion for faith‑based education.
• Leadership experience within a school or faith‑based organisation.
• Ability to inspire staff and students to live out Gospel values.
