Director of Agribusiness – Regional Leadership

About the role

We are looking for experienced Directors of Agribusiness to lead our valuation teams across Australian states. The role combines operational leadership with a focus on delivering high‑quality agribusiness property valuations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational performance of the regional valuation team, monitoring turnaround times, quality, queries, quoting, financial outcomes and work‑in‑progress.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and ongoing support to a team of Certified Practicing Valuers.
• Lead and embed organisational change initiatives, ensuring consistent and optimised processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement performance‑enhancement strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain clear communication and strong alignment across the team and with senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Certified Practicing Valuer.
• Minimum 5 years experience specialising in agribusiness valuations.
• Proven experience as a panel valuer or in a comparable industry role.
• Associate membership with the Australian Property Institute.
