Director, Early Childhood Education

About the role

Campbelltown & K (C&K) is Queensland's leading provider of early childhood education and is looking for a Director for its Hughenden Community Childcare Centre. You will lead a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment for children, their families and the wider community, helping shape a culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive. The position is permanent and full time, starting in January 2027.

Required profile

• An ACECQA-approved Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, with experience in a similar leadership role.
• Approved Child Protection Training, or willingness to obtain it.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card, and a current Police Check.
• Completion of Foundations of Child Safety training (Geccko).
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards, the Early Years Learning Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
