Digital Systems Advisor

About the role

Randstad is recruiting a Digital Systems Advisor in Perth, Western Australia. The role acts as a key partner to internal business units, guiding software implementations, process improvements and digital solution lifecycles. It goes beyond pure technical maintenance by consulting directly with team leaders to turn operational needs into effective workflows and reliable enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal service managers to design, configure and optimise business systems and automated workflows.
• Mentor and guide direct reports across digital systems and information management functions.
• Support core enterprise software administration, system integrations, reporting and data security standards.
• Assist with information governance, including Enterprise Content Management (ECM), digitisation and records classification frameworks.
• Coordinate system testing, documentation and user adoption training across the organisation.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital solutions, business analysis, software administration and workflow design.
• Exposure to Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and municipal or public sector operational environments.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with a business partnering mindset.
• Experience mentoring, guiding or supervising direct reports.
• Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience.
