Digital Project Manager – Part‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Digital Project Manager to drive the delivery of our digital and technology roadmap across our growing network of gyms. Working closely with the Head of Digital, you will coordinate projects across key platforms such as the website, member app, franchisee portal, CRM and software integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of digital projects and platform updates.
• Manage priorities, timelines and deliverables with the development agency.
• Prioritise incoming requests from internal teams and franchisees.
• Write and organise project briefs, requirements and user stories.
• Track project progress and keep stakeholders informed.
• Assist with roadmap planning and longer‑term digital initiatives.
• Improve processes for managing feature requests and project visibility.
• Work across multiple digital products including apps, websites, portals and integrations.

Required profile

• Organised, process‑driven and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces.
• Confident communicating requirements to developers and external agencies.
• Experience in digital project management, delivery coordination or product operations.
• Proven track record launching or improving digital products.

Required skills

• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Teamwork, Jira, Asana or similar.
• Familiarity with websites, mobile apps, CRM systems or digital platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
