Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Search

About the role

Join Suncorp’s Customer, Brand & Digital team to own the end‑to‑end performance of paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You will translate business and customer objectives into high‑performing campaigns and continuous optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of paid search media, aligning with business objectives and brand requirements.
• Build and manage search campaign structures, bidding strategies and bid adjustments.
• Manage budgets, pacing and forecast investment to maximise return.
• Audit accounts regularly to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Translate performance data into insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of platform developments and AI‑driven features.

Required profile

• At least four years of hands‑on experience managing paid search accounts in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Proven track record of managing significant budgets and meeting CPA, conversion and profitability targets.
• Strong understanding of privacy, consent, brand safety and governance in a regulated environment.
• Experience in insurance, financial services or other regulated sectors is highly regarded.
