Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

InComm Payments is seeking a commercially‑minded Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth across its eCommerce portfolio, particularly for The Card Network (TCN) gift‑card business. You will own email marketing, optimise the Shopify stores, and improve SEO to enhance customer experience and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and act on opportunities to improve product visibility, merchandising, promotions and the purchase path.
• Own end‑to‑end email marketing, including planning, creation, testing, deployment, automated journeys and performance analysis.
• Drive growth on Shopify stores by improving site content, on‑site experience and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, brief copywriters and work with an external SEO agency to implement on‑site improvements.
• Analyse email performance data, uncover trends and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, agencies and service providers to deliver digital initiatives.
• Support key trading periods, campaigns, product launches and promotions across owned and organic channels.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, SEO or a related role.
• Strong email marketing expertise, able to manage the channel end‑to‑end.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify or similar platforms.
• Execution‑focused self‑starter with a sense of urgency and proven results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
