Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join MIPS as a Digital Marketing Specialist and shape the digital experience for current and prospective members. Working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager, you will ensure the marketing technology ecosystem runs smoothly, enabling impactful campaigns and data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise marketing technology platforms, keeping them secure, reliable and fit for purpose.
• Build and deploy digital campaigns, customer journeys, landing pages and automated member communications.
• Manage the MIPS website, including content updates, user‑experience enhancements, SEO and performance analytics.
• Develop insights and dashboards that inform decisions and continuously improve engagement, acquisition and conversion.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver a seamless digital experience for members.

Required profile

• Experience managing marketing automation, CRM, CMS and analytics platforms in a customer‑ or member‑focused environment.
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS and a strong understanding of website management, SEO and digital analytics.
• Problem‑solving mindset, collaborative approach and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, change‑driven environment and motivation to make a meaningful impact.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline.
