Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the creation, management and optimisation of high‑volume digital advertising campaigns for our property‑intelligence clients. The role operates in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating closely with Account Managers and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and data‑driven performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create, publish and manage a large volume of client digital ad campaigns across vendor and agent/office platforms.
• Perform daily optimisation checks and monitor campaign performance throughout its lifecycle.
• Work with stakeholders and Account Managers to capture client requirements and maintain brand guidelines.
• Manage the shared Digital Ads inbox, responding promptly to campaign‑related queries.
• Document campaign notes and client feedback in internal systems to ensure data quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency.
• Observe workplace health and safety standards in line with the company’s WHS framework.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in a dedicated digital marketing or content creation role.
• Proven experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and understanding of creative impact on metrics.
• Exceptional copywriting ability with flexibility to adapt tone for different audiences.
