Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Totem Road is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns that elevate the brand, drive traffic, and support both online and in‑store sales. The role spans the full digital mix, including email marketing, e‑commerce, content creation, social media, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns.
• Manage email marketing programmes using platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Oversee e‑commerce activities on Shopify or similar systems.
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels.
• Handle community management and brand storytelling.
• Analyse campaign data, generate insights and report on key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with a small, on‑site team and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Self‑directed, takes ownership and thrives in a purpose‑driven brand environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Paddington and collaborate closely with a small team.

Required skills

• Klaviyo (email marketing platform).
• Shopify (e‑commerce platform) or similar.
• Web analytics tools and KPI reporting.
